The TFE1854 frequency range extension module works together with the Cobalt series vector network analyzers to form a measurement system for complex transmission and reflection coefficients in the extended frequency range. The system is controlled by the analyzer software. Autonomous operation is not provided; the module cannot be used for measurements without connection to the analyzer
